Ray has lead many large scale transformation and restructuring assignments for global brands including international airlines (Caribbean and Southern Europe), finance and technology service companies (Central & Western Europe) and specific advisory on numerous other projects. Ray’s specialty lies in his ability to prepare “bankable” business transformation plans, their translation in action and ultimate delivery – remaining accountable throughout the process.

Neale Anderson - Director
Neale is your go to man for all things relating to change management, people, organisation restructuring, communications, stakeholder management, culture change and labour relations.
He has over 25 years experience in working with companies in Australia, Europe, the UK and the Caribbean.
He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney. Neale has been a Director of award winning consultancy Catalise since 2003, firstly in the UK and now in Australia. Prior to Catalise, he worked with PwC in London and Direct Line Insurance in the UK helping them start up a new line of business. In Australia, Neale has worked for Caltex, Pepsi Co, Sony and Westpac.
Some of his clients at PwC and Catalise include Nokia, DHL, Deutsche Post, Caribbean Airlines, Clinphone, Carlton Television, 7-Eleven, Barclays Bank and Air Malta - where he was a member of the restructuring team that turned the airline around from loss maker to break even. He has significant international experience in turnarounds of underperforming organisations, implementing business improvement initiatives, business start ups and mergers & acquisitions.

Keith Thompson
Keith is an innovative, energetic and results-driven leader able to cultivate high-performing teams and achieve exceptional results in demanding and competitive environments. He has extensive senior global leadership experience across diverse portfolios and projects, gained over 30 years of senior executive, training development, regulatory and operational roles.
Keith has extensive experience in the aviation sector, having held senior roles with some of the worlds biggest airlines and regulatory authorities such as Qantas, Emirates Airlines, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia (CASA), Tiger Air, Auriga Aviation & Air Express.
Keith holds a degree in Aviation Management from the University of Western Sydney and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
